As TMZ reports, Yung Bleu was arrested after assaulting a woman over a custody dispute. Bleu was charged with assault after the incident involving the guardianship of a 10-year-old child. The Hall County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia told the outlet that the attack occurred on October 15.
Law enforcement said the woman told them the rapper, née Jeremy Biddle, showed up unannounced and planned to take the child. Authorities allege tempers flared and led to Biddle throwing the unnamed woman’s body to the ground. Bleu then took the child and allegedly fled the scene, only to return to the scene. Then, just before police arrived, Jeremy took the child and fled again.
Police said the woman was injured after Bleu attacked her. Her right arm and hip were injured after the attack and she asked not to be taken to hospital. The outlet reports that the Alabama artist was released from custody just days after posting $2,400 bail.
He then declared his innocence on social media on Thursday (October 19), reports The Shade Room. The artist claimed that “they” were trying to actively oppose his plans to become boss.
“Lol, the storm is coming,” he began. “I’m about to drop off this last album before I own 100% of my entire music catalog… I just built my own $2 million rig and started my own recording… So y’all [know] the storm is coming. The FAKE NEWS, the slander. I keep moving towards the end goal, I have bigger goals than music. I just know that this will be one of the most difficult times for mining fans because as an OWNER and entrepreneur I will soon be moving up to a different category and people will hate you [know] YOU hate this.”
Last month, Yung Bleu was accused of flying out a woman he met online. Biddle’s wife Tiemeria saw the viral videos in which the woman presented evidence and claimed she was filing for divorce.
The cheating allegations began when the woman claimed the “C-List” rapper sent her direct message. She explained that it happened after he saw a video of her showing her tongue. The “Moon Boy” then flew her privately to NYC, only after asking her to have a certain hairstyle and dress like a “tomboy.” The woman, known as Tenom, claimed Bleu was a “crazy man.” She also claimed to have attended a basketball game with him, where he asked her “not to sit next to him” to avoid being caught by the jumbotron.
Bleu’s wife responded to Tenom’s claims by posting a video on her Instagram story. After confronting him with the cheating allegations, she claimed to have kicked the rapper out.
“This bitch ain’t lying on you at all,” Tiemeria said in her video. “She got so many damn receipts.” Then she added, “I hope, Boosie Come get your fucking ass. He doesn’t have car keys, he doesn’t have house keys, he can’t get into this muthaf**ka. So he’ll be out tonight unless one of you comes and gets him.”
