Former Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade requests emergency hearing in divorce case to reduce alimony payments after job loss

In a new filing, Wade explained that he could no longer honor the terms of a temporary agreement he made with ex Joycelyn months ago due to a significant loss of income.

According to the newly filed documents, “With the income from [Wade’s] Employment as a special prosecutor is no longer possible and with income [his] Private practices are shrinking, [he] is no longer able to meet the financial obligations set out in the interim order.”

As we previously reported, Joycelyn recently filed a new petition demanding that her estranged husband be found in “contempt of court” for failing to pay support for their two children, rent and her urgent medical treatments had.
