After withdrawing from the Georgia case, Wade claims he cannot fulfill the terms of a temporary agreement he recently reached with Jocelyn.

Scott Kimbrough wrote in papers filed Monday, the New York Post reports.

Wade requests an urgent court hearing for his divorce with the aim of reducing his alimony payments as Joycelyn accuses him of contempt of court for refusing to pay her medical bills and financially support her two children as part of a tentative agreement reached in January.
