Amount of child support and alimony payments of “RHOC” Alexis Bellino announced

Alexis Bellino has settled her divorce from her ex-husband Jim Bellino in 2018, and details of their agreement were announced on Thursday.

Almost a year after the founding of the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County Relationship of the star with John Janssen61, the ex-boyfriend of her co-star, Shannon BeadorAlexis, 60, is expected to demand $16,000 in child and spousal support from 62-year-old Jim.

In court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly on July 25, it was confirmed that Alexis and Jim, who have three children together, including 18-year-old son James and twins Miles and Mackenna, 16, signed their divorce agreement in August 2018 – 13 years after their wedding.

Although Alexis and Jim agreed to share custody and residency of their children, make joint decisions, and allow the children to spend time with the other parent while in the other parent's care, Jim was ordered to pay Alexis $6,000 a month in child support—$2,000 per child until they reach 18 years of age.

“The custodial parent shall not monitor the other party's telephone conversations with the minor children,” the order states. He is also advised not to make “disparaging or derogatory comments about the other party to the minor children or in their presence or hearing.”

Jim was also required to maintain health and other insurance and to pay Alexis an additional $10,000 per month beginning August 1, 2018, and until “the death of either party or further order of the court, whichever occurs first.” He also had to name her as the beneficiary of his $2.5 million life insurance policy.

It was not specified whether alimony would stop if Alexis got married, which she and John are reportedly considering.

As for the division of their assets, Jim received their home in San Juan Capistrano, California, a home in Dana Point, California, several bank accounts, stocks and bonds, vehicles in his name, his jewelry, his artwork, and his businesses, while Alexis was awarded another home in San Juan Capistrano, California, her jewelry, her handbags and purses, and a lump sum of $250,000.
