KERR COUNTY, Texas – According to the Kerr County Sheriff's Office, authorities issued an arrest warrant for a woman who violated a custody order and triggered an Amber Alert.
Police issued an Amber Alert for 6-year-old Kameron Parrish on Thursday.
Authorities say Talaya Graham, 32, and Joseph Graham, 39, are believed to be connected to Parrish's earlier disappearance.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said Parrish was found Friday evening and the Amber Alert was lifted.
The Kerr County Sheriff's Office attempted to check on Parrish's welfare on Thursday. Child Protective Services notified Kerr County officials that Talaya Graham needed to appear in court for custody of Parrish.
During the investigation, officers discovered that Talaya Graham planned to move with Parrish to another state, which was a violation of the court order. Since Parrish's whereabouts were unknown at the time, DPS issued an Amber Alert.
Although Parrish was found and the Amber Alert was lifted, authorities do not know where Talaya Graham is. Officials said a warrant has been issued for Talaya Graham's arrest for interference with custody.
There has been no official statement as to whether Joseph Graham has been tracked down by the authorities or whether he is still on the run.
Talaya Graham is 1.60 m tall, has brown hair and green eyes.
According to officials, Joseph Graham is 5'5″ tall and has brown hair and brown eyes.
The 39-year-old also has his name tattooed on the left side of his neck. His name is in black and the outline of his name is green, authorities said.
Ingram police said Talaya Graham was last seen in a silver 2014 Nissan Versa with Texas license plate TLS-5425. Police also said Friday the vehicle had a small dent in the tailgate, a row of four stickers in the center of the vehicle's rear window and a flag sticker on the rear driver's side.
