Alice Evans was kicked out during custody hearing for negligent conduct

Alice Evans was dismissed from a child custody hearing this week for violating court rules.

Evans, 56, and her ex Gruffudd, 50, had appeared for a child support hearing for their two young daughters on Monday when she was caught secretly taking photos of Gruffudd.

Fantastic Four star Ioan sat across the courtroom as they exchanged a series of icy glances.

Suddenly, the court police officer jumped up from his seat and shouted at Evans.

“Stop that. Delete those. I'm not asking you to do that, I'm telling you to do it,” he was quoted as saying by The Mirror. She was then told to leave the courtroom.

Taking photographs in courtrooms is strictly prohibited in both the US and the UK.

Evans was eventually allowed back in after deleting the images in the hallway on the judge's orders. Some of the snapshots are said to have been taken from very close range.

Moments later, the judge gave the actress a second warning after she was again seen with her phone in her hand, the Daily Mail reported.

However, the intention behind his pictures is still unclear.
