KUALA LUMPUR: The department head is responsible for taking action in relation to all orders, particularly salary deduction orders, issued by the Syariah Court against officials under their supervision, particularly in relation to alimony payments.

“Pending acceptance by the relevant authorities, this policy will be extended as a whole to all state public services, public corporations and local authorities,” he said.
