According to TMZ, Mai claims that Jeezy is violating the terms of their divorce agreement. He has allegedly refused to pay her what he owes her, as they originally agreed to when they finalized their divorce in June.

Mai said their divorce agreement calls for Jeezy to pay daycare and school fees for their child, deposit half a million dollars into an interest-bearing account, give her the titles to two cars and pay four months' rent.

The former co-host of “The Real” claimed in a new lawsuit that her estranged husband circumvented the restraining order and left her out in the cold.

She said Jeezy already owes her $4,000 for school tuition and child care and has not given her access to the $500,000 account he was supposed to open for their child.

According to the news outlet, Mai also mentioned that Jeezy was supposed to cover her rent from May to August, but failed to reimburse her and owes her $92,417.39 for four months' rent.

The former couple were embroiled in a custody battle for months after she claimed the rapper was withholding their child from her. They reached a divorce agreement in June, but the matter remained under wraps, so details of the settlement are only now coming to light.

She claims her lawyers tried to reach him through his team but they stopped responding in July, so she wants the court to hold him in contempt of court and demand that he pay her what he owes her, plus interest.

Mai and Jeezy's split became very messy when the TV star accused the rapper of physically assaulting her.

According to People, the former host of “The Real” said in court documents, “He hurled insults like 'You bitch!' and 'I can't wait to divorce you when we get back.'”

Mai also claimed that she was held “against her will” and that the rapper “struck her with his clenched fist on the cheekbone and eye, causing a subconjunctival hemorrhage.”

However, Jeezy criticized Mai's allegations of domestic violence on Instagram, calling them “deeply disturbing” and “false.”

He wrote, among other things: “The allegations are not only false, but also deeply disturbing, especially coming from someone I love. This malicious attempt to tarnish my reputation and tear my family apart is ridiculous.”
