* “Grey’s Anatomy” star, jess williams and his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee have reached a custody agreement – after Aryn tried to take joint custody away from her ex.

Their new amended arrangement will allow Williams’ children to visit him while they are in New York to do a Broadway play. He will also have the power to veto COVID-19-related issues with their two children, TMZ reports.

We previously reported via Radar Online that the actor is Ex wanted sole custody of their children and accused Jesse of failing to honor an originally agreed upon custody plan. As a result, she wanted a court order to strip Williams of joint custody and assign her the primary caregiver of the children. She also accused Williams of threatening to call the police over their custody battle.

In her motion, Aryn asked the court to amend the custody agreement to allow Jesse Williams a visit instead of joint custody. In the past, she has accused him of not informing her of his filming plans. Aryn reportedly says that Jesse’s behavior had a negative impact on her children.

Here’s more from TMZ:

According to documents, the exes were in court last week when the judge approved a couple of custody changes. Though Aryn and Jesse retain joint custody… the judge denied her request to reduce his physical time with the kids — presumably because he’ll be spending a lot of time in NYC. As a result, the judge now gives Jesse 4 consecutive days out with the kids – 8 years old sadie and 6 year old Maceo — every month in NYC, and 2 of those days may be weekends.

Drake-Lee claims that since Williams left Grey’s Anatomy in May 2021, his schedule has been all over the place, which allegedly made it difficult for him to maintain their custody agreement.
