Just four months after Monica, 39, filed for divorce from Mike, 45, for the second time, a judge signed off on their separation, finalizing the document on October 24 and granting Mike the significant amount of support he needed as his ex-wife staying at her home in Utah.

According to a Nov. 9 report from The US Sun, Mike, who currently lives in “another state across the country,” will be granted permission to see his and Monica's four daughters, including Bri, 18, Jaidyn, 13, West, 7, and Kendall, 6, “at appropriate times and places.”

He can also spend time with them on holidays including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, while Monica will have them on Thanksgiving.

Although Monica has claimed to be the owner of a children's clothing company, she said in court documents that Brea Baby has “no value at this time” and that she “has no countable income from any source.”

Mike now has a gross monthly income of $17,333.

Because of his high salary, Mike was ordered to pay Monica $2,636 a month in support until each child turns 18, and $4,000 a month in support until June 2037 – or until Monica remarries or moves in with another partner .

As for her home, Monica will continue to live in her $424,000 three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch-style home in Kaysville, Utah, which still has a $168,000 mortgage remaining.

Monica was ordered to pay off the mortgage because she was given “exclusive use and possession of the property,” and Mike receives $130,000 in equity to satisfy the lien.

After her divorce was finalized, Monica celebrated in Las Vegas, where she was in attendance BravoCon with her RHOSLC co-stars over the weekend.

During an interview with E! Last month, Monica shared where she and Mike stand as co-parents.

“He's a wonderful father and provider and we just weren't good together, and that's OK,” she said. “He calls and checks on me. He'll see something on the news and get defensive and say, 'That's not even true!' I'm the mother of his children and so we will always love and respect each other.”

Monica married Mike in September 2009 and filed for divorce in December 2013. After reconciling months later, Monica filed for divorce again in June 2023.

The fourth season of “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
