Mother of Oak Creek arrested 13-year-old because he had disturbed custody

Oak Creek, WIS.-das disappeared by the 13-year-old Lillian Asala, gathered the OAK Creek community to find the missing child. After seven days and organized search queries, the police found it safely and her mother was arrested for crimes.

According to the Sheriff office of the Milwaukee County, Lillian's mother was arrested because of the crime debt for interference with custody – other parents.

TMJ4 News only mentions the people who are accused of crimes until they are officially charged.

Lillian was reported missing on March 1st after leaving a skate park in Oak Creek and stopped answering texts and calls from her family.

Your phone was later near Pennsylvania and Forest Hill Ave Pinged – a mile from the park.

The police searched for Lillian with K-9 and drones, but could not find them.

Family and volunteers came together to search for her on March 6th in Bender Park.

Lillian's father, Cody Czarnecki, spoke to TMJ4 and said that he was grateful for the number of people who came out to find his daughter.

She was found a day later. The OAK Creek Police Department then took her mother into custody.

OCPD examines the circumstances behind Lillian's disappearance.

The authorities have not confirmed whether the fees are related to Lillian's disappearance.
