Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis resolve the custody case

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have settled a bitter legal battle over their children with an expensive joint custody agreement.

The support is based on Sudeikis’ estimated annual income of $10.5 million and Wilde’s income of $500,000 in 2023.

The couple’s agreement to share custody on a “weekly and weekly basis” requires Sudeikis to pay $10,300 a month for son Otis, 9, and $17,200 a month for daughter Daisy, 6, according to the documents. Lawyers for the couple filed the deal in California Superior Court in Los Angeles earlier this month.

“He could have served me discreetly, but instead chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible,” Wilde said in a court filing. “The fact that Jason would embarrass me professionally…is completely contrary to the best interests of our children.”
