UBS said it notified Kevin of its default on January 23 and March 1, 2023. “Despite UBS Bank’s requests, the defendant has failed and refuses to pay the outstanding balance,” the bank claimed.

The lawsuit requires Kevin to pay the entire $20,000 owed plus additional costs. The address on the credit card records is Kevin and his partner’s address Sharina Hudson live.

Kevin was accused of having an affair with Sharina during his marriage to Wendy. The alleged mistress’ pregnancy reportedly led to Wendy filing for divorce.

The lawsuit comes as Kevin suffered a setback in his fight for child support from Wendy. As we previously reported, the entertainer has been fighting over her fortune for years.

Wells Fargo has frozen her accounts after being told Wendy may be a “victim of improper influence and financial exploitation.”

Wendy denied the claims and requested access to her accounts. The judge then placed Wendy under financial guardianship — with a court-appointed officer having the final say over how her money is spent.

The fight is closed to the public but continues to this day.

The Sun ran the story Kevin claimed his child support payments were abruptly stopped in early 2022. He ordered the court-appointed officer to “make payments consistent with contractual obligations under the MSA and Severance Agreement.”

Kevin told the court he was struggling with the money.

“I am behind on most of my bills. I currently live in a community that requires homeowners’ association payments and I am behind on that bill,” he said. “If the homeowners’ association fees aren’t paid, foreclosure will soon follow.”

“I’m behind on credit card payments because I’ve run out of money since the severance payments were suspended,” Kevin added. “My life has been severely impacted since the plaintiff stopped making payments under our settlement agreement.”
