Wendy Williams' ex-husband is demanding two years of spousal support to cover his “living expenses.”

Kevin Hunter filed court documents asking for the support given to him in the prenuptial agreement to be reinstated, The Sun reported. According to Hunter, the payments ended shortly before Williams was placed under conservatorship in 2022, leaving him with no income.

“I rely on the severance pay to support myself, and the fact that I went without this income for 23 months affected me greatly,” the filing states.

Hunter also wants to execute documents for Williams' AFTRA retirement plan and, as part of her conservatorship, ordered his ex-wife to “immediately pay any severance payments that may be due and owing at the time of the court order.”

The former talk show host's ex-husband served as her manager and business partner during the marriage. But after cheating on the radio/TV host and fathering a child with another woman, Williams divorced Hunter and finalized the separation in 2020, before her current health and financial issues.

As part of the settlement, Hunter received an undisclosed lump sum payment from Williams and a severance payment from their company, Wendy, Inc. He was allowed to retain ownership of his businesses and his cars, including a Ferrari and a Rolls-Royce.

Fast forward two years, however, and Hunter is demanding access to all bank records from the date of “dissolution of marriage to the present” because he has not received the spousal support awarded to him.

“I would not be required to file this motion if plaintiff had not stopped my severance payments and if plaintiff had signed the qualified domestic relations order for the AFTRA pension plan,” the lawsuit states.

Insiders claim intermediaries told Hunter that the former talk show host had no money to give. But he doesn't believe it until he sees the bank records himself.

On Lifetime's Where's Wendy Williams? In the documentary that aired last month, Williams admitted to her current financial struggles.

“I have no money. And let me tell you something: If it happens to me, it can happen to you,” she said to the camera.

Following the release of the documentary, Williams' team confirmed that she was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia in 2023.
