Dizzee Rascal has been issued a restraining order and curfew for assaulting her ex-fiancée

Dizzee Rascal has been granted a community directive and must wear an electronic tag for assaulting his ex-fiancée Cassandra Jones during an argument over child and financial contact.

She told the rapper he had “shown no remorse for this matter” and “you continue to blame Ms Jones — the victim in this case.”

Ahead of his court appearance, Dizzee gave photographers a thumbs-up and had opted to wear a casual gray jacket and black jeans, as opposed to the tailored suit he wore to Wimbledon Magistrates Court last month.

During the trial, the court heard that Dizzee was “frustrated” with the custody arrangements and the two had an argument when he dropped their daughter off at the property.

After the guilty verdict, Dizzee smashed a photographer’s camera in court after knocking it out of their hands and throwing it across the street.

Police initially said they were investigating, but no charges were filed.
