Shakira and Gerard Piquesigned on Thursday before the Court of First Instance and Family Number 18 in Barcelona the agreement that will allow the famous singer to secure custody of their children Milan and Sasha.
Both arrived at the court around 09:15 CET, accompanied by their lawyers, and entered the building through different doors.

Pique’s attorney, Ramon Tamborero, told the press that “the two are calmer and more relaxed” and they have reached an agreement “for the sake of their children.”
“From now on we await the verdict once the prosecutor has approved the agreement,” he added.
Tamborero also denied reports alleging that the agreement prevented Pique from establishing his residence in Miami and that neither could see their children accompanied by their future partners.
Neither Shakira’s lawyer nor the singer spoke to the press. A few weeks ago, Shakira and Pique said in a statement they had “signed an agreement that guarantees the well-being of our children” and one to be ratified in court “through a purely formal process.”
People close to Shakira told EFE that the artist plans to move to Miami with her children early next year.
They are expected to leave Barcelona, the city where the children were born and have been living for the past eight years.
The artist is based in Miami, where her maternal family has lived for several years.
criminal proceedings pending
Shakira has criminal proceedings pending against the tax officer for alleged financial fraud.
Prosecutors have asked for a prison sentence of eight years and two months and a fine of more than 23 million euros.
