#RHOP reunion: Ashley admits she doesn’t have child support and causes confusion
Despite being hailed for appearing to be entitled to a large amount of money in her impending divorce, a real-life Potomac housewife has revealed that she is actually losing out, leaving fans confused.

During season seven, she was subject to fan questions, praise, and even fan criticism, particularly after sharing that she and Michael, 62, were still living together because of their two children. Now she has revealed that she bought a home through a joint LLC she shares with Michael, who also has a key to her home and who is also helping with the $13,000 mortgage.
During the #RHOP reunion, Andy Cohen asked flatly what Ashley is going to “get half of what Michael has,” to which she said “no,” while noting that things “really just didn’t work out [her] favor.”
“Basically everything that Michael brought into the marriage belongs to him,” Ashley said. “The money that Michael made that he later puts into other projects is his because of the money source… All the money from those projects that he later invested in is still his.”
She also noted that because of her prenuptial agreement, she “is not allowed to receive child support,” but “some safety nets are in place” if she ever faces financial difficulties. “That was awful,” Gizelle said while Ashley noted that her prenup was adamant.

She went on to clash with Candiace Dillard after a #RHOP watcher noted that Ashley had previously called Candiace the “least accomplished of the cast” but Candiace now has a “thriving music career” and not from an ex for money is dependent.
Ashley apologized to Candiace for the comment and was quickly shadowed by her housewife.
“Could you have gotten the house without Michael? The house you have probably costs around $2 million, couldn’t you have gotten that on your own? asked Candiace.
“I was constantly slandered because of my generational wealth,” she added, referring to Ashley, who mocked her for previously living in a house her mother helped pay for. “And if you are able to achieve what he wrote in those papers to distract you, I pray that you will have that for your children. That’s all.”

“Now I get 50 percent of our wealth in the event of a divorce,” Ashley said. “And now I think it would be good for us to have a post-marital arrangement because [a] postnup would outline things that [I] would get guaranteed – no hassle, no hassle – and would greatly speed up the process in the event of a divorce.”
