The deal stipulated that each party would keep its own hotel and airline miles in its own name. The agreement stated that both parties would pay their own debts.

In addition, the agreement states that in future disagreements, the parties must try to mediate before filing anything in court.

As we first reported, Witherspoon and Toth have agreed to share custody of their 10-year-old son, Tennessee. The documents show that both parties make more than $100,000 per month.

As we first reported, Reese filed for divorce from Jim in March, citing “irreconcilable differences” after 12 years of marriage.

The two released a joint statement, saying, “It was with great care and consideration that we made the difficult decision to divorce.” We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and leave with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for all that what we have created together.”
