The ongoing custody battle between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has taken a new turn as both parties share allegations. Brad Pitt has criticized his ex-wife Angelina Jolie for what he sees as “manipulation of the media and public” through her “usual tactics,” according to The Post.

She claims Ouderkirk did not give her children the opportunity to testify, even though California law allows children over 14 to do so. She then successfully petitioned to have Judge Ouderkirk removed from the case in July 2021. Now Jolie is taking further action by advocating for the Piqui Law, a proposed law that aims to require domestic violence training for judges and court staff. She has asked California Gov. Gavin Newsom to support this law, which she says will protect children from abusive situations and provide essential training for court workers.

However, Brad Pitt’s side disputes Jolie’s claims of bias and her efforts to link her custody case to the proposed law. They argue that the appeals court’s 2021 ruling was based solely on a technicality and had no bearing on the actual facts of the custody case. They also deny any wrongdoing by Judge Ouderkirk and claim that he was not in cahoots with Brad Pitt or manipulated in any way.

Brad Pitt’s legal team expressed disappointment in Jolie’s actions, likening them to “Donald Trump-like distortions” and accusing her of making misrepresentations without regard to the harm they could cause to innocent third parties who are just trying to do her job complete. They emphasize that the legislation she supports has no direct bearing on her custody case, and they find it baffling that she is using her lobbying efforts in a way that appears defamatory and self-serving.

According to FBI reports obtained by Page SIx, Brad Pitt became very angry on a plane back on September 14, 2016. Angelina said he drank and then did some very bad things. She told the FBI that Brad took her to the bathroom and “grabbed her by the head and shook her.” They also fought over one of their children, and she said Brad shook her shoulders. When the children asked, “Are you okay, Mom?”, Brad said she was “crazy” and was “ruining” their family.
