Roddy Ricch reaches custody agreement and has to pay $8,000 a month and additional expenses

Roddy Ricch has reached a custody agreement for the three-year-old son he has with Alexandra Kiser.

According to TMZ, Ricch will have joint custody of the child, with his days being Tuesdays through Thursdays. In addition, Ricch will pay $8,000 a month in child support while also helping to cover private school tuition, medical bills, special needs therapy and extracurricular activities.

Roddy will also have to pay Alexandra's legal costs of $37,500 and an additional $1,000 per month for maintenance on her car.

Last year, Roddy Ricch's custody battle in court was marked by allegations of addiction to drugs.

According to The Blast, Kiser stated that the rapper stopped supporting her financially, which led to her leaving a house he had provided for her. She also claimed to have no income, which contrasts with the rapper's $10 million a year.

“Since he was born, I alone spend 98% of the time with him, while Rodrick lives his life without regard to his parental duties or responsibility to spend time with Kadence,” Kiser told the court. “Rodrick misses important holidays with him, including the last holiday season. Instead, he went on a pleasure trip to Dubai and the Maldives with friends. It hurt me when I found out on Christmas Eve when he returned from his trip that he had not bought or planned anything for our son for Christmas.”

Kiser also alleged that “The Box” rapper was affiliated with a gang, citing his arrest for weapons possession and accusing him of promethazine abuse and domestic violence against her.

The lawyers now state that the relationship between the two is positive as they now take on co-parenting duties.
