“If for any reason [Wendy’s] Agreement with Talk WW is not renewed and/or otherwise suspended, terminated or terminated and [Wendy] has no other television show airing and pays her an equivalent salary, [Kevin] understands and agrees that all settlements must be either terminated or amended,” added Wendy’s attorney, citing the former couple’s divorce settlement.
Kevin’s latest proposal comes after the TV producer and talent manager submitted one $10 million wrongful termination lawsuit against Wendy’s former producers in March in connection with his termination of the program in 2019.
