An LAPD officer was publicly humiliated by his ex-wife during a city council meeting after she called and accused him of not paying child support.
At a recent Central Hollywood Neighborhood Council meeting at Hollywood City Hall, residents were simply voicing their local concerns when the angry woman called and berated a police officer who was present.
The bizarre moment was filmed by resident Jessica Palmadessa, who sat at the back of the room while the woman's cry was played loudly for everyone to hear.
The unnamed woman said she was calling to inquire after contacting Los Angeles police about unpaid child support payments from Officer Brian White.
“Officer Brian White and I have three children together and he has not paid child support,” his ex-wife said.

As she voiced her concerns, residents and members began to laugh as they looked at the officer, who sat in silence before apologizing to everyone.
The video of this moment was released about 26 minutes after the meeting began.
“Good evening, Rat, I’m only calling because I haven’t received a response from the LAPD,” said the ex-wife.
“I left a few messages about that. It's about Officer Brian White, who is there right now.”
“Officer Bryan White and I have three children together and he has not paid child support,” his ex-wife said as people in the room laughed loudly.
Then a councilwoman raised her hands in the air and looked at the official, who remained silent with an embarrassed expression on his face.
After a few more people laughed, Officer White adjusted his chair and said to everyone, “I’m sorry.”
People continued to giggle and look at each other in disbelief when a man dressed in a cream-colored top, khaki pants and a black baseball cap turned around and said, “This is ghetto.”
The director then turned the camera back to White, while a guy next to her wearing a gray sweatshirt, baseball cap and aviator sunglasses tried to hide the fact that he was laughing.
The woman behind the camera said, “How can he not find this funny?” as she pointed the camera at him sitting upright and looking at the council members.
Before the embarrassing moment, White addressed the group and answered residents' questions. When she accused the officer, residents and council members laughed before the meeting continued
After the embarrassing phone call, the council members continued the hour-and-a-half-long meeting.
DailyMail.com has contacted the LAPD and the Central Hollywood Neighborhood Council for comment.
According to the council's website, public meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every month at 6 p.m.
The council “serves to increase citizen participation in government and ensure that local politicians and city officials are more responsive to local needs.”
The ten-member council board receives a budget of approximately $32,000 from the city's tax revenue.
After this dramatic moment, commenters were quick to react online. One said: “Good thing she confronted him. A scumbag like that doesn't pay child support!”
