Jewish father and home violence sufferer seeks authorized assist towards prejudice and unfair authorized therapy for little one custody
RIDGEWOOD, NJ, UNITED STATES, Nov. 10, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — Maxim Konstantinovski, a Jewish programmer and father, is fighting for the parental rights of Jewish fathers after experiencing domestic violence, discrimination, anti-Semitism and unfair legal treatment during of his three-year custody battle in New Jersey. A court-ordered tool, OurFamilyWizard, also appears to have been armed to continually harass him throughout the trial.
In his statement: “It is incredible that in the United States in 2022, Jewish fathers will still be treated as second-class citizens by the legal system. I have suffered repeated anti-Semitic attacks and non-stop harassment from my ex-wife, who the court admitted through a court-ordered communication tool. As a Jewish father involved in a custody battle, my parental and religious rights and the best interests of my son are considered less important than my ex-wife’s interests throughout the process.”
A first-generation Russian immigrant, Maxim received political asylum in the United States in 1992 after fleeing religious persecution in Russia. Today he is a US citizen who fears that his ex-wife, a Russian citizen, will take his child away from the US and return to her home country. While he’s grateful to have been offered a home, it’s so painful that fomenting anti-Semitism and discrimination against Jews in the United States brings him almost to where his family was before 1991.
Konstantinovski, a victim of domestic violence, divorced in 2019 and received a final restraining order against his ex-wife in 2021 for her extremely violent behavior. Previously, his ex-wife was arrested in 2015 for physically assaulting him. She has violated the restraining order multiple times, including criminal and civil contempt of court. One of her many attacks is intimidating the court-appointed parenting coordinator, who asked the court to ban his ex-wife from physically visiting her office after she and her team were repeatedly harassed; an application that was granted.
It seems none of the motions/court decisions can stop his ex-wife. She continues to attack him, sending hundreds of anti-Semitic messages and calling him several hurtful names, to name a few. Maxim’s new wife, Natalia Golenkova, is not spared in battle, since his ex-wife escalated the attack on her, embarrassing and embarrassing her on various occasions and in various public places. All of this does not seem to be a problem for the POLICE, who refused to treat my ex-wife’s continuous harassment as an FRO violation because there is “no blood” and “these are just words in messages”. Must life be lost before the police can come to his rescue?
According to Maxim, the most painful thing is that the judge responsible for the case does not help the matter any further. While several proven facts have shown how abusive his ex-wife is, it seems OK for the judge to discriminate against him and be unfair while the judge acknowledged his ex-wife’s refusal to perform her parenting duties and the refusal blatantly disregarding and continuing hate crimes to comply with court orders since the judge refused to bring Maxim’s custody petitions into the process without reason other than that “it’s just a contentious divorce case with a child in the middle.”
Part of the Device settlement agreement is that the ex-wife is expected to contribute to the child’s expenses, but she declined. She has refused to transfer custody regularly as agreed and has disparaged his parietal and religious rights. The available documents also show that on several occasions the ex-wife refused to comply with the recommendations of the court-appointed parenting coordinator, refusing to provide documents and sign the consent.
In his careful investigation of the court-appointed parenting coordinator due to his ex-wife’s non-compliance with the FRO, Maxim Konstantinovski discovered that the parenting coordinator was not acting in the child’s best interests and appeared to be inexperienced in cases such as domestic violence and anti-Semitism. The parenting coordinator treats his ex-wife preferentially, probably because they share the same nationality (both Russians), religion (both Christians), and gender identity (both straight women). In the face of many outrageous facts proving that his ex-wife is neglecting her parenting duties, the parenting coordinator wants to continue the case anyway.
“Although the court-appointed parenting coordinator has asked for the court’s involvement seven times this year in response to my ex-wife’s actions, the coordinator has still helped the court maintain a 50/50 custody agreement and continued to me for her to burden unprofessional discriminatory services that my child suffers from,” says Konstantinovski.
“At the same time, the process has stalled since April 2022. The coordinator consistently failed to ensure my ex-wife’s participation in payments, parenting responsibilities, and compliance with court decisions. The parenting coordinator continues to provide her services which discriminate against me as a father, increase my suffering as a victim of domestic violence and prolong my son’s abuse. She is also trying to reduce my religious days with my son which was added to the divorce settlements. In its commitment to upholding the status quo, the court upholds my parental rights as a Jewish father.”
Maxim explained that his ex-wife keeps finding new ways to hurt him, especially through his weakest point, his son. “The whole thing has a strong impact on my son’s interests. She uses my son as a weapon in her anti-Semitic hatred of me. She abuses and neglects our child to hurt me and also raises him to hate my son’s nationality – the Jewish people.”
What Konstantinovski still doesn’t understand is the judge’s refusal to give reasons why it’s okay for his ex-wife, who is currently in 50/50 custody, to disobey court orders to refuse to pay her parental responsibilities violating FRO, confining the child at home alone at all times, refusing to cooperate with the parent coordinator, refusing to take his son to court-ordered therapy, submitting the child’s passport to the Family Division of the Supreme Court of Bergen, preventing him from performing necessary medical procedures on his son, refusing to take his son who was expressing suicidal thoughts to the court-appointed therapist, and raising their child in racism and hatred of Jews and obscene practices towards him to teach language.
As a citizen of Russia, Maxim’s ex-wife has also announced her intention to bring her son to Russia. And with the ongoing war in Russia and the country that is a direct enemy of the US, “it will put our son, a US citizen, in great danger,” Maxim said. The State Department website has also listed Russia as ‘Level 4 – Do not travel’ due to US citizens being detained and interrogated, arrested on false charges, refused exit and others. US citizens have been asked to leave immediately.”
Maxim is currently hopeless and lost and wants his right protected. He wants the best for his son as his ex-wife is reportedly unable to raise their child. Maxim can no longer stand up to all the discrimination, anti-Semitism and unfair legal treatment. He is seeking legal assistance to appeal the court decision on the denied custody change, file a successful FRO enforcement motion, and ensure that the court-ordered Our FamilyWizard application is properly used within the framework of official recommendations and not as a tool for harassment or Damage. He is also seeking legal assistance to help him communicate with the parent coordinator who refused to treat the party equally to protect his parental and religious rights by law and in the child’s best interest.
“I am seeking legal assistance to end the discrimination and anti-Semitism I have endured in recent years. If you know of an organization that supports domestic violence, if you are a domestic violence advocate, or an organization that helps protect the rights of Jews, I would greatly appreciate legal help and representation. If you are a journalist or blogger, please help me draw attention to the abuse I have endured and make these facts public.”
